MARSH FARMHOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE AND ABSOLUTELY IDEAL AS WEDDING ACCOMMODATION FOR AN EXTENDED FAMILY OR GROUP OF FRIENDS.
It is quite close to the village of Ellough with its ancient church, the site of a heathen temple of the Norsemen (elgr was the Norse word for temple).
GROUND FLOOR
- A large entrance hall from the courtyard garden with a cloakroom off leads to the small and main sitting rooms and dining room – stairs to first floor.
- Small sitting room with westerly aspect – sofas, TV.
- Dining room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove.
- Main sitting room with sofas, TV and inglenook fireplace with open fire.
- Kitchen with 4 oven AGA – fitted with all main appliances.
- Door to South Wing accommodation with its own sitting room, dining room and stairs to double bedroom, galleried twin bedroom and bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR
- Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom – this bathroom can be used by other guests via separate door.
- Three further double bedrooms one with ensuite that can also be shared by other guests via a separate door.

- Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. N.B. one double bedroom is a landing bedroom i.e. not separate.
